RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final — we do not accept returns.  Each Punky is thoughtfully reworked using vintage and thrifted pieces. We carefully inspect every shirt and only release pieces whose minor imperfections add character—not compromise quality. These subtle signs of a past life are part of what makes each Punky unique, meaningful, and truly one of a kind.

However, we want you to love what you're wearing! We happily accept exchanges for another piece you love. All exchange items must be unworn and in original condition.
